By accessing or using TempMail at temp-mail.you, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the platform.
TempMail provides a free, anonymous, disposable email service. It generates temporary email addresses on demand — no registration, no password, no personal information required. Each inbox is active for up to 2 hours and is then permanently deleted along with all received messages.
The service is intended to help you avoid spam and protect your primary email address when signing up for websites, newsletters, or online services you may not fully trust.
TempMail is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or delivery of all incoming emails. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of or inability to use TempMail.
You may not use TempMail for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to block access or terminate inboxes at our sole discretion if we detect abuse.
Temporary email addresses generated by TempMail are not secret. Anyone who knows or guesses your address can view the emails in that inbox. There is no password protection on individual inboxes.
Do not use TempMail to receive messages you consider private or confidential. Treat every email sent to a TempMail address as potentially visible to others.
You must not use TempMail to receive or handle sensitive personal or institutional information, including but not limited to:
TempMail takes no responsibility for any consequences arising from misuse of the service for such purposes.
TempMail is strictly a receive-only email service. You cannot send emails, reply to messages, or initiate outbound communication of any kind from a TempMail address. Any attempt to use our infrastructure for sending email is prohibited.
All emails and attachments delivered to a TempMail inbox are automatically and permanently deleted after 2 hours. We do not keep archives or backups of email content.
The domains available through TempMail may change over time. We do not guarantee that any specific domain will remain available indefinitely. Relying on a TempMail address for long-term communication is strongly discouraged.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify TempMail, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
All content, branding, design, and code that make up TempMail — including the name, logo, and interface — are the property of TempMail and its operators. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit written permission.
Emails received in your temporary inbox remain the property of their respective senders. TempMail claims no ownership over email content.
By continuing to use TempMail after we post updates to these Terms of Service, you accept the revised terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
